CNY holidays to KL would be so much awesome if I were to travel with friends.

It has always been with the family; not that I don't like it,

but I just want to experience being out of the country without parental guidance.

Don't get me wrong,

I will definitely go out there by myself,

if people aren't holding me back.

Wait till I get married, my future husband is gonna be the victim.

And that is why, the guy whom I am gonna marry must love to travel.

So, back to the KL escapade.

Evrything feels so fine,

until I realized my camera needs repair.

So my aim for the last 4 days was to be in every picture in each camera.

And of course it failed.

KL was awesome,

I've never seen so many Malays before in one place and I thought it was kinda cool.

Friendly people.

And their sceneries were amazing and kickass.

If only I had my camera.

I have missed taking good photos of everything.

But what I definitely know is that,

I have missed people.

This short read is too meaningful not to post.

It makes you remember the people you have met,

and 'recognize' the people that you will meet in future.

I have made friends, some have come and gone,

some remained.

I have met the Reason, and just recently got over the Season,

and I have yet to meet the Lifetime.

Everybody experience this, and perhaps this short read will shed some light on things for you.

Reason, Season, or Lifetime

People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime.
When you figure out which one it is,
you will know what to do for each person.

When someone is in your life for a REASON,
it is usually to meet a need you have expressed.
They have come to assist you through a difficulty;
to provide you with guidance and support;
to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually.
They may seem like a godsend, and they are.
They are there for the reason you need them to be.
Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time,
this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end.
Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away.
Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand.
What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled; their work is done.
The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on.
Some people come into your life for a SEASON,
because your turn has come to share, grow or learn.

Being drowsy after having your meds, and then going to work is even better.

Nothing gets your attention except loud noises and physical contact.

The body feels 'electrocuted' because you are feeling high.

I feel like a drug addict.

I want more of that cough syrup and flu tabs.

I feel weak, and I could just drop down on the ground because of it.

What made me think today is this:

I lack of every information of my own religion.

And when someone debates about it, for example today, "why Muslims can have four wives" issue,

it is hard for me to explain and convince them of that ideology.

On a random note,

I believe everyone has got their own soulmate,

and one day,

they will find him/her one day.

And doesnt mean you date alot of women/men in the last 24 years or so,

and you cant find the one,

that doesnt mean, theres none for you.

All you need is patience and what you must have is faith.

Sometimes, you dont need to find them at the other end of the world,

because sometimes they're not so further apart from you.

Maybe you've already found the person.

Maybe that person is just beside you.

But you just did not notice, and maybe you've given up.

Being human, you always take things for granted.

Dont live in regret.

Nobody wants to be alone, who are you kidding.

C'mon people.

Let love set in our hearts this year.

And stop whining about being single until you're dead is better.

You'd sound like an old man giving up in life because you just lost your old/sick wife.

The progress of my flu/fever/cough have been really slow.

After 4 days, only phlegm and a runny nose has developed.

I feel so sick under an air-conditioned room,

but I'm loving the experience of getting sick.

Weekends have been so productive and I am so happy with myself.
I know I have to learn all these skills, and I'm doing it.
And I'm doing it with so much motivation.

Stuffed crabmeat with mushrooms was the first recipe I tweaked without using solely from the recipe itself.
Although I wasnt satisfied with it, others said it was delightful.
And I am glad.

distractions have made me the way I am.
People around me have been so nice and sweet, and I can't feel any more appreciative of their presence.
I love my parents and my friends who guided me through all hardships, although I could be a pain in the ass.

Apart from all these,
some things have been tingling in my heart lately that I do not really understand, but I hope I will soon.
I hope this smile on my face, will never be a frown anymore.

Goodbye 2011's shitty-ness.

I've been feeling numb after all that has happened,

that through all these months after the breakup,

I could actually move on quite smoothly.

The thing is,

in a relationship,

what I am looking for is trust,

and irks me is,

betrayal.

So you get the picture here.

And what happened before is a really huge mistake,

that I couldn't even believe it actually happened.

It was cruel, sad and truly disappointing.

What I felt towards the lyrics was,

touched.

Truly.

I teared.

But both of us know, that things wont get back like it was before.

I know that things will never change, we are going to be stuck here,

as friends,

or awkward friends,

or good friends,

and that depends on how you want to do with what is left.

And being called a friend rather than an ex-boyfriend isn't a bad idea afterall,

the beauty of friendship is,

nothing can destroy it.

As much as it hurts me the last time,

I've forgiven you,

Because I know,

people make mistakes,

and this is one serious mistake that can't be undone,

and not to be repeated to the others.

Recently, I met an old friend of mine.

We catch up with each other, and knew updates about how we went through our lives.

What struck me was that he mentioned:

"You talk alot about him rather than any other person."

And so I told my friend that maybe he appeared quite recent in my life, that's why I talk alot about him. And he said:

"No, you don't usually talk about a person more than him. He seems to be really important."

"I am not kidding, I saw your Facebook, and you seemed really happy when you're with him."

I just laughed off.

But I thought alot about what my friend said after I got home.

Really? I was happy? But why am I feeling so miserable now?

After so much thoughts, I don't know what and how to react to the situation.

And till now, I feel lost.

The only thing I could see 'live' updates from him, is solely from Whatsapp whereby you can see the 'last seen at 00:00" thingy.

It's pathetic, but it soothes me, because I know that he's there.

I decided to let this go, I cant do much about this either.

Because I don't even know what he feels about this.

Yes, he did came back, but with:

"I kept thinking of you.."

and

"tc anyway..."

Take care anyway?

Like really?

That was it?

That is all you wanted to say to me through technology after so many weeks of silence?

I cannot even decipher what's that suppose to mean, really.

Got an unexpected call from an unexpected source.

Remember the merepek illustration I did in the Moleskin sketchbook, that was exhibited in LASALLE?

A magazine company called to tell me that it has the potential to be on their cover.

It was an illustration of a fat boy consuming junk food.

Sometimes I don't understand these things,

things that I do with the ultimate procrastination, turns out to be the stuff that people like.

And the ones that I do with so much effort, doesn't really have the attraction factor.

Lucky?

"Sayangilah apa yang ada di muka bumi, nescaya kamu akan dikasihi oleh yang di langit (para malaikat)." - Riwayat Thabrani

Apabila kita maafkan semua orang, hati kita menjadi tenang dan apabila mata celik esok harinya, segala masalah sesama manusia telah pun terhapus."

I feel balanced again.

Whenever I feel sad, I would hear this song, so that I remember Allah SWT and Nabi Muhammad SAW.

so while singing, you're already reciting the selawat.

And this is going to be the exact song I am gonna sing for my kids in the future or just make them hear it, before they go to sleep, if they feel sad, or if they need something to hold on to.
